Most JetBlue travelers can bring a personal item and carry-on for free. A 17-by-13-by-8-inch personal item should fit under the seat in front of you. Carry-ons can't be larger than 22x14x9 inches. JetBlue Basic doesn't allow a free carry-on. After Feb. 25, 2021, travelers with Blue Basic prices can only bring one item that fits under the seat. If needed, clients must upgrade to Blue or Blue Extra or check their bags.

Checked luggage fees vary per fare, whether you prepay via the app or when booking, or pay at the airport. Blue Basic, Blue, and Blue Extra fares are $35 for the first bag and $45 for the second (you'll save $5 if you purchase in advance). The third bag costs $150. If your fare doesn't include checked bags, pay for them online or through the JetBlue app to save money. To avoid oversized-luggage fees, checked bags should be 62 inches or smaller and 50 pounds or lighter.

An Online flight change policy is the simplest way to make adjustments and amendments to your reservation. To use this approach, you must have the confirmation code, your last name as it appears on your ticket reservation, and the departure and destination cities. If a passenger used a travel certificate/Jetblue voucher to pay for the reservation, he or she is no longer eligible for the online change option. Passengers who book through a third-party travel agency can make modifications and amendments online using Jetblue's website or mobile app.

Whereas, offline flight change policy is another option for passengers. You can also choose to make adjustments and amendments to your airline reservations offline. You can change your flight by calling the Jetblue change phone number or visiting the airline's counter or kiosk at the airport. The airline staff will assist you in making the necessary amendments/changes to your reservation.

According to JetBlue's 24-hour cancellation policy, travelers may cancel their flight reservation within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund if the intended departure date is at least seven days away at the time of cancellation. There is no JetBlue cancellation fee.

Bookings that have been modified are not eligible for a refund and may be subject to a per-person cancellation fee based on the booked fare, regardless of whether the change occurs within 24 hours of purchase. JetBlue’s reimbursement policy is also flexible. The JetBlue flight refund for cancellations made within 24 hours would be issued back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. JetBlue's 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to bookings with more than nine passengers, which are subject to JetBlue's group cancellation policy. Cancellations within 24 hours must be made using the airline's website in the Manage Booking section or by calling the JetBlue airlines phone number.
